Prescription Assistance Program: Our staff facilitates getting free medication from pharmaceutical companies for many of our patients. We have more than 40 different medications including insulin, inhalers, and others to manage chronic disease states.

In 2023, we provided $342,800 worth of free medications to our patients with the help of our pharmaceutical partners including insulins, inhalers and other medications to help manage chronic diseases.

Once you are a patient of the clinic and meet the income guidelines for prescription assistance, our Coordinator collaborates with our physicians for approval then contacts the pharmaceutical company for a particular drug you need and completes an application from the company. The medication, once approved, continues to be sent to the clinic free to the patient for a full year after which the process needs to be updated for another year.

Free Care Program: In addition to the Prescription Assistance Program, our staff helps patients to complete the paperwork to apply for income-based free care through the Northern Light system.
